- We are not liable for stolen or lost packages. However we will assist you to get in contact with USPS to start an investigation and locate your package if assistance is needed. If there is a chance your package could be stolen from your address please add delivery signature to your shipping choice at checkout.
- If products are damaged during shipping or wrong item is sent , we will either replace or refund. We will only replace or refund once proof of damages has been submitted to us. We allow up to 2 days after package is received to send in proof of damage.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you entered the wrong address and your package is returned, you will be responsible for re shipment fees. Please verify the correct address when placing the order.
- Processing time is between 1-2 business days.
- Shipping is between 3 - 5 days for all U.S orders. International orders are 7 plus business days depending on location.
- Orders placed on Friday after 3 pm will be processed on Monday, along with weekend orders from Saturday and Sunday.
- We are not responsible for delays by USPS. Often USPS tracking will show delivered status early. Please allow 4 additional business days to receive your order before reaching out for an inquiry.
