Our work days are Monday - Friday. Orders take approximately 2-4 business days to be processed and shipped. During high volume times please allow up to 6 business days unless stated otherwise. Once shipped, orders within the United States usually arrives within 2-5 business days. International orders can range from 10-15 business days to arrive. Please note during peak times and Holidays USPS may have delay times out of our control. We do not ship on the weekends.
If skip the line rush processing is chosen at checkout your order will be processed and shipped out within 12-24 hours. If ordered after 3pm CST on Fridays, your order will be shipped the following Monday.
- Please note that when an item is described as a "pre-order", it means that your entire order will be shipped the date the item arrives to our facility. If you order other items along with the "pre-order" item, they will also be delayed. If you wish to receive the other items first, separate orders need to be placed.
We are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses. Once order processing has started we can not guarantee that changes can be made. Please double check order information before completing order.
Please note that if a package is returned due to incomplete or insufficient address you are responsible for the reshipment fee. If your package is successfully delivered to the incorrect address we are not responsible and no refund will be given. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of any sort.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please contact our Customer Support team at (email@example.com) if your shipment surpasses the delivery time frame listed above. In case of delay, lost or stolen packages, contact our Customer Support Team via email to fill out a claim, so USPS may try to locate your order as soon as possible. Once a claim has been filed we will wait on the results of the claim before proceeding forward. Please note that shipping fees on marked as "delivered" packages will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund.
Please be advised that we do not offer refunds or cancellations for any reasons. If you received an item that is damaged during the shipping process or incomplete please reach out to us via email at (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 48 hours to have this issue resolved.
